We are back in February celebrating Black History Month by featuring one of the many Black-Owned businesses in Uptown. Just like our neighborhood of Uptown celebrates diversity, so does this business. Bodi Shak, a community gym located at 4704 N Broadway, celebrates everybody and every body. We talked with Zippy, Bodi Shak’s Studio Manager about how Uptown chose them when searching for the right location for their fitness center and how inclusiveness is at the center of their business.
