Sweet Designs by Kathy at the Department of Sugar is run by a dear friend of ours, Kathy Bullard. She launched her business in 2020 as a way to bring ethically sourced, exceptional chocolate and treats to the world. We had the opportunity to watch her make them AND we got to taste test a few. We can honestly say it’s some of the best candies and chocolates we’ve ever had!
