An Uptown, Chicago Restaurant where the Middle East Meets the Midwest
We kicked off the new season with a visit to Ragadan (4409 N Broadway), one of Uptown’s newest restaurants. Opened in 2022, it combines the flavors of Jordan and Oklahoma, a combination you won’t find anywhere else. We sat down with owner Danny Sweis to learn more about his food and why he chose Uptown to open his restaurant. After just a year of being open, they have been recognized by many local media outlets, their food is just that good. We’ve been working our way through their menu but we always come back to the baklava milkshake!
