This month we were lucky enough to get to visit with Stefano and Juliana Roman, owners of one of our favorite local Chicago restaurants, PR Italian Bistro. This 13 year old Italian gem has become one of the most popular spots in the neighborhood. Their authentic Italian cuisine and beautiful ambiance, makes it a must-try for new (and current!) residents.
