A Second Generation Bakery that’s Been in Uptown Almost 40 Years
In December we visited one of the oldest bakeries in the area, La Patisserie P. This second generation bakery has been in Uptown for almost 40 years. We had the opportunity to meet Peter Yuen, Owner & Head Pastry Chef to learn more about why he loves being a part of the Argyle community and to hear more about his famous croissants that take him all over the world training others in his technique. Visit them at 1050-52 W Argyle – but go early! Their croissants sell out daily!
