We ended 2019 in one of the coziest coffee shops in Uptown, which happens to be owned by some great friends of our Brokerage. We sat down over a delicious espresso with Brian Osborne, President and Owner of Emerald City Coffee (1224 W. Wilson Ave) this December to learn more about how they got their start in the neighborhood. When asked why he chose Uptown, Brian said it was more of a feeling than anything.
