Although Real Estate has not slowed down during the pandemic, we have had to make some changes to the way we operate. One major change we’ve made is we’ve been hosting all Open Houses virtually via Facebook Live. However, now that the city of Chicago is slowly re-opening, we are able to host in-person Open Houses again. We hosted three this past weekend and look forward to welcoming you to upcoming Open House Events.
There are some new safety procedures we have put into place to keep both home buyers and home sellers safe during these events:
We only allow 4 people in each property at a time
We ask that everyone maintains 6 feet of distance between one another
Everyone must wear masks at all time
We will also have sanitizer, extra masks and gloves available on-site if needed
