A Look Back on 2021 from one of Chicago’s Top Real Estate Brokers

Our Best Year Ever

As 2021 comes to a close, IRPINO Chicago Real Estate is more thankful than ever for the health of our team, our clients and our family. Through all the ups and downs these past few years, we are grateful to have had the opportunity to help more people than ever buy and sell homes.

Giving Back to our Uptown, Chicago Community

As a part of our mission, we continued to give back to charitable causes this year and did our part in supporting local businesses as much as we could. We hosted a backpack drive for our local school, Brennemann Elementary School. We held a team volunteer day at Lakeview Pantry. We made a sizable contribution to The Honeycomb Project, a local organization as a result of pledging a portion of every closed transaction to their organization this year. And we hosted one of our favorite events of the year – the Buena Park Neighbors Summer Community Meeting at the Chicago Corinthian Yacht Club. We look forward to continuing this work into 2022 and beyond.

We also did a special video with Weiss Memorial Hospital where I got my COVID vaccination and had the chance to meet and thank real life heroes right here in our neighborhood. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for our community.

New Recognitions for our Top Chicago Real Estate Agency

We also received several new awards and recognitions in 2021, including: A “Best of Zillow” award and America’s Top Real Estate Agents named us in the top 1% of real estate professionals in the country.

4 Years of Our Local Business Spotlight Video Series

We love being your Local Real Estate Broker here in the Uptown / Buena Park Neighborhood. And for the fourth year in a row, we have continued our role as an ‘Information Broker’ for the neighborhood through our IRPINO Real Estate local business spotlight video series. Throughout 2021, we continued to bring you new content monthly by interviewing 12 local businesses and organizations. We hope you were able to be introduced to a new spot in our neighborhood or even ‘reminded’ of a place you used to go that perhaps should support again soon. Remember, it’s more important than ever to support our local businesses. Thank you to everyone who participated and thank you to all of YOU for watching. Thank you again for our a successful year and we wish you nothing but good health and happiness as we enter the new year.
